Yep! The name of those tall glasses? Welcome to the Tom Collins!
Refreshing, easy to make and easy to drink. A simple whirl of Gin, Lemon Juice and Club Soda/Soda Water to top in a Collins glass full of ice. Normally this calls for Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio sugar:water) in a small amount but if you don't like sweet drinks you can leave this out.
A citrus forward gin alongside a sweeter lemon makes this a super refreshing summer (Lets face it, all year round) cocktail!
